Filmed officially as a blackleg strike-breaker he graduated in 1970 and taught in  England and later an international school in Kuwait and latterly a boarding school in Somerset. Dorian has mixed schoolmastering with businesses in the housing and textiles sectors and in the 1980's and early 90's was chairman of Castle Cary Conservatives. Latterly retired he is a constant complainant to the BBC, local and national government and a regular letter-writer to the Telegraph. He is married to his long-suffering wife Anne who shares his political outlook but not his tiring obsession with it.
