I wholeheartedly support the excellent and informative comments made by the Group's Honorary President, the Baroness Thatcher, regarding Britain's ill-fated relationship with the European Union, in her book Statecraft.

Whilst others are only just questioning whether the UK should join the Euro the European debate has dramatically moved on. The costs of EU membership to; British industry, the taxpayer and the consumer have been clearly explained by Margaret Thatcher. So surely now, it is time to walk away from a European Superstate and explore the dynamic and positive alternatives for Britain and our European neighbours to the federalist road that the UK has been forced down for too long.
